After setting up Missions for your team, you can monitor progress by looking at the statuses of the Missions. It will help you understand where to focus your attention.
Where to find the status of the Mission?
If you are a Team Lead, you can find the status of the set-up Mission inside the Missions Center:
- Choose the team from the drop-down in the top right corner
- Locate the Agent you are interested in
- Check the status of the Mission:
As an Agent, you have several places in Platform, where you can find the status of your Missions.
Let's start with the Dojo house:
Click on the house and you will be able to see the status of your Missions:
Note: If you haven't completed the Mission yet, the status will not be shown, but instead you will see the time left to accomplish the Mission.
Another way to see the status of a Mission is to check the bottom bar on the main page of the Kaizo village — the progress of Missions will be shown as it is below:
Get your cursor on one of the circles and you will be able to review the progress.
Status meaning and actions that should be taken:
There are several Mission statuses that should help you understand what to do to help your Agents progress:
- Not started - Means that your Agent hasn't accepted the Mission yet.
In this case, you should contact your Agent and remind them to accept the Mission. It is very important as then Agent will know what Metrics they should focus on this week. - 'Time left' shows the time left to accomplish the Mission
Make sure that each Agent is informed on what Mission they need to complete and if you do not see any changes in Mission results within a couple of days — get in touch with the Agent and make sure they work on the task given to them. - Completed — Agent achieved the Mission for the week!
Congratulate the Agent with Mission completion!
Note: Some Missions might show the "completed" status and then change in a couple of days (CSAT, as an example). It happens only because the Metric is constantly changing and, therefore, the result in Mission changes as well. - Expired — Agent never achieved the Mission they received last week.
Imagine reviewing the results for Missions for the previous week and noticing that some of your Agents did not complete the goal given. In this case, the best step would be to create a Coaching Card for the Agent and discuss this situation on your next 1:1 Meeting. You will be able to understand the reason behind the result and coach your Agent in order to prevent this from happening again. - Achieved — Your agent achieved the Mission before the end of the week!
Your Agent accomplished the Mission set for them for the week! Congratulate the Agent with this great achievement!
Now, as you got familiar with the statuses of Missions, let's make sure that we only see that 'Achieved' status!
