How to Implement Missions: Let us walk you through the steps you should take when it comes to Missions for your team!
1. Define Missions at the start of each week, or set them up in advance.
2.Explore AI Missions for data-driven goal-setting based on performance history.
3. Grant agents autonomy to activate Missions at their discretion.
4. Monitor Mission activation in the Mission Center to stay informed and engaged with your team's progress.
5. At week's end, review agent performance to identify areas for improvement.
6. Investigate "Incidents" linked to Missions to pinpoint ticket-related challenges and dive deeper into Incident details to grasp why goals weren't met
7. Schedule 1:1 sessions or coaching meetings with agents to discuss Mission outcomes.
