1. 📊 Scorecard House:

☐ Review Agent and Team metric achievements.

☐ Refer to the list of available Metrics in the Scorecards House and their definitions for information.

2. 📋 Coaching Cards:

Utilize Coaching Cards to

☐Communicate on specific metric results or provide overall feedback on Agent performance.

and/or

☐Summarize key points from 1:1 meetings or assign tasks related to discussions with Agents.

3. 🚀 Missions Center:

☐Create weekly Missions for all the agents within your team

☐During the week monitor your team’s progress by reviewing Mission statuses.

4. 💪 Onboarding your agents

☐When your agents are activated and assigned to your team, share the Agent Onboarding to Kaizo resource with them.
