👀 What can I include inside the Coaching Card?

Depending on where you choose to create your Coaching Card, you can include pre-filled metrics, along with personalized guidance, improvement tasks, and reference tickets to aid agents in enhancing their performance in specific areas.

You can also create coaching cards to include your feedback on overall performance of an agent, or following a 1:1 meeting with your Agent, you include a summary of the key points disscussed. 

🧑‍🏫 Mentor Cards take coaching a step further by allowing senior agents or peers to share guidance and best practices directly with fellow team members — not just from Team Leads! It's a great way to foster knowledge sharing and build a culture of continuous learning within your team.
