👀 What can I find in the Scorecards House?

In the Scorecards House,  you can access Agent and Team Scorecards as well as metric achievements in both levels.

Monitor and drill into real-time metrics to identify agent weaknesses, analyze trends, and react swiftly with Coaching Cards.

Additionally, you can generate performance reports and provide coaching feedback based on the tracked metrics, empowering you to enhance your team's performance effectively.
