👀 What can I find inside the Mission Center?

As a Team Lead, you'll have access to view and edit all missions assigned to your team or teams. Misson center is also also where you can monitor agents progress by looking at the statuses of the Missions.

You can create new missions for the current week or the upcoming week or assign specific missions for individual agents.

When selecting a metric for a mission, you'll see the average results for the team concerning that metric. This data helps you set fair yet challenging goals for your team based on their previous week's performance.
