Based on the quality standards/criteria defined by your team you can evaluate agents' tickets in the given week, offering real-time feedback to agents with the flexibility to select random or specific tickets for assessments.
๐ How does this look from the agents' side?
๐กWhen you gain access to the platform for the first time, you will have an in-app onboarding flow to complete. We highly encourage you to go through it without skipping, as it will introduce you to the app and its features.
