👀 What can I find in the QA Insights Dashboard
Beginning evaluation and improvement efforts for outliers early on is more beneficial than solely focusing on agents who consistently maintain high-performance levels.
Instead of directly jumping into the QA rating process, we suggest you first understand how your team and individual agents are currently performing and make data-driven decisions on which agents you should concentrate on.
By looking at the Rated and Not rated Agents dashboards within the Insight Tab you can quickly detect the agents that you should be focusing on.
💡When you gain access to the platform for the first time, you will have an in-app onboarding flow to complete. We highly encourage you to go through it without skipping, as it will introduce you to the app and its features.
