You can seamlessly integrate Kaizo with your favorite third-party tools to enhance your workflow efficiency and performance metrics tracking.
🔗 How to connect Kaizo with other third-party tools?
Kaizo Settings -> Platform and integrations -> My integrations
❌ Agents do not have access to these settings only Account owners, Admins, Team Leads and QA Experts have access to Platform and Integration Settings.
1.Navigate to Platform and Integrations
Within the settings menu, locate the "Platform and Integrations" section. Click on this option to access the integrations dashboard, where you can manage all your connected third-party tools.
2. Select "My Integrations"
you're in the Platform and Integrations section, you'll find a tab labeled "My Integrations."
Here, you will see a list of available third-party tools that can be integrated with Kaizo, and select the specific app you would like to connect Kaizo with.
Requesting new integrations: If you don't see your preferred third-party tool listed in the available integrations, please let us know what integration you would like to have in Kaizo. We're constantly expanding our integration offerings.
3. Choose the app & fill out the settings
For example, if you want to integrate Amazon Connect, click on the Amazon Connect option.
After selecting the desired app, you will be prompted to fill out the "Integration Settings".
💡 This step involves providing necessary information such as S3 bucket name and Region. We highly recommend involving your Zendesk Admin or technical team for assistance with the settings.
🌟 By integrating a 3rd party tool like Amazon Connect with Kaizo, the tickets supported through that tool will be correctly separated for the performance metrics (Phone Inbound, Outbound, Voicemail), and you will also be able to transcribe the phone calls!
