• Tracks impersonation events by Kaizo employees for your organization.
• Log entries show the impersonated user’s username clearly.
• Accessible by Account Owners & Admins only. 

🔒 Enhanced Security & Transparency (v2 Updates) 

• IP tracking for non-client users (stored, not displayed).
• Timezone handling standardized to UTC.
• 90-day retention period for event logs. 

📊 Better Log Management

•  Log IDs added for each record.
• CSV Export (limited to the current page).
• Pagination for easier navigation.
• Time filter controls to refine results.
