From fixing assignment glitches to giving you direct control over team structures, these updates help you keep your setup clean and efficient.

What’s New?

🛠 Fixed Team Assignment Race Condition 

• Resolved an issue where agents could be assigned to multiple teams at once when options were selected quickly.
• The system now enforces single-team assignment as intended. 

👥 Manage People – Team Management Access 

• Users with Manage Teams permission can now:
  • Move agents between teams directly from the People tab.
  • Assign or update team leads with ease.
• Only the Team and Team Lead columns are editable, keeping changes focused and simple.
