• Quickly switch between Weeks, Months, or Agents to analyze performance at different levels.
• Spot long-term trends and patterns that weekly data alone may not reveal. 

🔄 QA Overview: Table Sorting Improvements

• Improved sorting across QA Overview tables.
• N/A values now remain at the bottom when sorting columns.
• Provides a more intuitive and standardized view of your insights.
• Built as a reusable solution that will be applied across all relevant tables.
