📣 Release: Smarter QA Assignments – Reassignments Made Easy

We’ve just made QA Assignments even more flexible! 🔄✨

With these updates, Admins can now easily reassign QA sessions while keeping workloads fair and ensuring smooth review flows.

What’s New?

• Reassignment Filter for Reviewees: When reassigning QA sessions, reviewees are now automatically excluded from the reassignment dropdown. This prevents conflicts where someone could end up reviewing sessions that involve their own work.
• Reassign QA Sessions Between Raters: Admins can now reassign QA sessions from one rater to another. The system will recalculate ticket counts automatically, so the new rater always sees an accurate workload based on what’s already been completed.
