We’re excited to roll out the IQS Adherence Heatmap, a new feature that provides a clear view of how well criteria are being met based on percentage data. 📈

You can now track adherence for a specific QA Scorecard either by week or by agent, making it easier to spot trends and areas for improvement.

🔍 How to Access the IQS Adherence Heatmap

1. Go to the QA House

2. Select the Insights Dropdown

3. From the dropdown, select Adherence to view the IQS Adherence Heatmap

👀 What You’ll See

In the Adherence Heatmap, you’ll be able to view adherence data based on percentage scores for different criteria, either for a specific week or for individual agents. This provides a visual representation of how well each criterion is being met, helping you easily track performance and ensure consistency across your team.

The heatmap makes it simple to identify where improvements are needed, empowering you to take data-driven actions for better quality assurance.
