1. ⚙️ Zendesk Admin Center:
☐ Access the Zendesk Admin Center to control user access during the setup phase.
Note: To manage Apps and integrations, ensure you have Zendesk Admin privileges within your Zendesk account.
☐ Consider restricting the visibility of Kaizo during setup to streamline integration. Evaluate restricting access to specific roles or groups to minimize distractions and confusion for team members.
2. ✅ User Activation in Kaizo:
☐ Ensure all users who require access to Kaizo are activated in the team settings.
☐ Create a team and assign the relevant roles to your activated users
3. 🤖 Samurai Settings:
☐ Review available AI-driven features and assess their potential value to daily workflows.
☐ Enable AI features for all team members, if applicable.
