The QA rating feature is a tool that is used every day by the QA department. It is very important to keep track of rated tickets and results.
While at the moment QA Experts have a chance to Export this data at the Agent, Team, or Company level with some Additional fields, some companies might need a little bit more than that!
You now have a new option to Export your QA data with the Extra Brand field!
The system is very similar to the normal QA data Exporting but when choosing "Additional Zendesk ticket fields" choose the Brand and you will see the Extra field on your report!
