🎉 The QA Export now includes the Unassigned team as a selectable option in the team filter, so you can get a complete picture of QA data across your entire organization.
📈 What's New
Previously, ratings for agents who were not assigned to any team were not exportable from the QA Export. This made it difficult to account for all QA data — especially for agents in transition between teams. The Unassigned team is now available as a filter option alongside your existing teams.
🔐 Who Can See It
Access to the Unassigned team in QA Export is controlled by the "See all teams if not Team Lead of any" permission. By default, the following roles have this permission:
• Account Owner — Full access
• Admin — Full access
• QA Admin — Full access
Other users will need this permission enabled by an Account Owner or Admin to see and export the Unassigned team's data.
🛠️ How to Use
1. Navigate to the QA House → Export tab
2. In the team filter dropdown, you'll now see "Unassigned" listed alongside your other teams
3. Select it (alone or combined with other teams) and proceed with your export as usual
The exported file will include all ratings for agents currently in the Unassigned team.
💡 Pro Tip: If you have agents who have been recently moved between teams, check the Unassigned team export to ensure no ratings were left behind during the transition.
