The QA House is the place where you can:

✅ See the list of rated tickets

🤩 Review your mistakes and the feedback left by your Team Lead or QA experts

👀 What can I find in the QA House?

The QA House is where your Team Lead or QA Experts evaluate your performance. In the QA House, you will see an overview of your quality results, presented in weekly time slots.

Additionally, you will see all the tickets rated by your Team Lead or QA Experts and can see what exactly was marked as a mistake in the given ticket.  

You can also review notes left by your team lead or QA expert and leave a note for them. 

💡When you gain access to the platform for the first time, you will have an in-app onboarding flow to complete. We highly encourage you to go through it without skipping, as it will introduce you to the app and its features.
