🔄 Maintain a continuous feedback and coaching process with your Team Lead with minimum effort through coaching cards.

🤝 Prepare for upcoming 1:1’s, keep track of what was discussed, and review action plans in a view that’s always available to both you and your Team Lead

Think of the Team House as your performance journey. Here you will see all the cards created by your Team Lead to give feedback on your overall performance, your results on a specific metric, or points to be discussed in your next 1:1 meeting.

In your Team House, you can ask for additional information and update your Team Lead on your progress

💡When you gain access to the platform for the first time, you will have an in-app onboarding flow to complete. We highly encourage you to go through it without skipping, as it will introduce you to the app and its features.
