📣 Release: QA Assignments

We’re excited to introduce a new feature that will streamline your QA processes: QA Assignments. 🚀

This feature allows you to define a schedule for QA tasks, ensuring that QA Experts are informed about their goals at the start of each cycle.

🔍Where to Find QA Assignments

You can access the new QA Assignments feature by navigating to Settings → Quality Assurance → Assignments.

💻 Setting Up QA Assignments:

1. Create a New Assignment Rule: To get started with QA assignments, click on the "Create Assignment Rule" button. This will allow you to define new rules that will automatically assign tasks to your QA Experts at the beginning of every cycle.

2. Define Assignment Rule Settings: When creating a new assignment, you'll need to configure the following:

   • General Settings: Set the parameters for the assignment, such as the frequency and duration of the QA tasks.

   • Participants: Choose which QA Experts will be assigned the tasks. You can assign individuals or groups to specific roles or tasks as needed.

   • Goal: Define the expected number of evaluations to be completed per agent who is being evaluated or QA evaluator during the assignment cycle

3. Save the Assignment Rule: After you've configured the rule, click Save to ensure your new assignment is applied. Once saved, the assignments will be automatically created for your chosen QA Experts at the start of each new cycle.

• Each cycle will automatically generate the individual assignments based on the rules you've set up.
• These tasks will be distributed among your selected QA Experts, ensuring they know exactly what is expected of them for the upcoming cycle.
• The assignments help streamline the QA process, allowing for a more organized and efficient workflow.
