With our latest update, you can now easily translate emails, chats, or phone calls to English with just one click. This is perfect for when you're reviewing conversations in different languages and want to quickly understand the content.
How to Use the Translation to English Button π

Navigate to the QA House
Go to the QA House section of your platform. -
Select "Rate"
Under Rate, choose a new rating for the agent. -
Locate the Translation Button
You'll see a small translate icon next to the Summarize button. -
Click to Translate
Simply click the translate icon, and the conversation will be instantly translated to English. -
Click Again to Revert
If you'd like to return the conversation to its original language, just click the translate icon once more.
This new feature helps streamline the review process and ensures you can easily understand conversations, no matter what language they were originally in.
