We’re excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to easily export raw metrics data directly from Kaizo. 📝
This new functionality is available in the Scorecard House and offers a simple and flexible way to manage and export your metrics data.
Where to Find the Raw Metrics Export? 🔍
The Raw Metrics Export feature can be accessed within the Scorecard House.
You’ll now see a new Export tab next to the Company, Team, and Agent tabs.
🚨If no exports have been made previously, the Exports view will appear empty.
How to Create a New Export?
- Click the Export Data Button: Once you're in the Export tab, you’ll find a button labeled Export Data. Click on this button to open the export options.
- Choose Your Export Criteria: A pop-up window will appear where you can choose the criteria for your export. The following categories are available:
- Data Range – Select the time period for the data you want to export.
- Metrics – Choose the specific metrics you want to include in the export.
- Scope – Define the scope of the data (e.g., specific teams or agents).
- Teams – Filter the export by specific teams.
- Save and Start the Export: Once you’ve selected all the criteria, click Save. The data export will begin processing, and you’ll see it appear in the Export view.
Tracking Export Status
- Export Progress: The status of the export will be displayed in the export view. As the data is being processed, you'll see a progress indicator.
- Completed Export: When the export is finished, the status will change to Completed.
Downloading Your Export
To download your export, simply click on the arrow symbol next to the completed export. The file will be available for download to your device.
🚨Please note that created exports are kept for one week and will then be automatically archived.
Managing Exports 🛠️
You also have the option to delete an export if needed. To do this: click the Delete Section and toggle the view to show deleted exports.
