📣 Update: New Improvements to the Team Scorecard!

Teams Scorecard: Enhanced View of Metrics & Channels

Similar to the layout in Agent Scorecards, the dropdown menus in the Team Scorecard now organize metrics and channels into their relevant groups.

This update simplifies the process of finding the specific metric or channel you want to focus on!

Flexible Timezone Filtering Options:

You now have the flexibility to choose the timezone you prefer to focus on. Whether you want to assess performance based on your agents' local time zones for real-time insights into productivity levels, or you prefer to standardize your view using the UTC timezone (Missions timezone), the choice is yours.

Additionally, other available timezones are now presented in a more user-friendly format, making it easier to understand the time shifts.

💡We advise keeping the time zone filter on the “Agent timezone” at all times to capture the full agent’s performance within the chosen time frame.

Relevant insights for specific metrics & bar charts 

Instead of aggregating all metric results in the form of Total and Average,  we now present you with relevant and unique Insights for specific metrics,  giving you a better and more relevant view of your latest team's results. 

Metric values are now represented with bar charts, making it easier for you to quickly grasp the significance and trends within metrics.
