📣 Release: IQS Ratings – New Permission for Challenging Other Agents’ Ratings

We’ve introduced a new permission to give QA leaders greater flexibility in managing evaluations. 🙌

With this update, authorized users can now challenge QA ratings of any agent, while existing permissions have been renamed for clarity.

What’s New?

🆕 New Permission: Challenge QA Rating of Other Agents 

• Allows authorized users (e.g., QA Managers) to challenge the evaluation of any agent.
• Provides greater oversight and control in ensuring fairness and accuracy across ratings. 

✏️ Updated Naming for Existing Permission 

• The existing permission has been renamed to Challenge Own QA Rating.
• This makes it clear which permission applies to self-challenges versus cross-agent challenges. 

Why It Matters

QA processes often require oversight beyond self-review. With this update:

Agents can still challenge their own ratings. QA Managers and other authorized roles can step in to challenge ratings across the team. Permissions are now clearer and more aligned with QA workflows.
