We’ve rolled out a powerful set of enhancements to make AutoQA and Autopilot smarter, more flexible, and more multilingual than ever! 🙌

From editing scorecards on the fly to coaching notes in multiple languages and improved sentiment detection, these updates help you streamline QA while supporting global teams.

✏️ Autopilot: Scorecard Editing While Active 

• You can now edit QA Scorecards without disabling Autopilot.
• No need to duplicate scorecards or pause Autopilot during workshops or adjustments.
• AutoQA toggles for individual criteria remain disabled while Autopilot is active.
• Clear tooltips explain why toggles are locked. 

🌐 AutoQA Coaching Notes: Multilingual Support (Beta) 

• By default, coaching notes are generated in English.
• But, you can now configure to another language (e.g., “Chinese”) to output notes in that language.
• Expands accessibility and coaching support for global teams. 

💬 Multilingual Sentiment & Empathy Support 

• Introduced a unified model for multilingual sentiment and empathy analysis.
• AutoQA can now detect positive, negative, and neutral sentiment in: English French Spanish Chinese
• Improved accuracy and consistency across all supported languages.
