What is KQA? 🔍
With KQA, you’ll get quick access to your notifications, the ability to rate tasks on the go, and instant access to your missions – all directly from your Salesforce utility bar. It’s the Kaizo way of making your day-to-day even easier. 🤝
How to Configure KQA in Salesforce? 😎
Setting up KQA is simple and quick. Just follow the steps below to get started:
1. Go to Setup
2. Open the App Manager
In the App Manager, locate the Service Console app you want to configure with KQA.
3. Add Utility Item
4. Select KQA
In the pop-up window, search for and select Kaizo Quick Access (KQA).
5. Complete the Setup
Once the setup is done, you’ll be guided through additional steps when you click the KQA icon in your utility bar. These instructions will appear to help you along the way.
As soon as the configuration is done, you can find KQA icon in your utility bar.
An Important Thing to Keep in Mind:
- App-Specific Configuration:
If you want to enable KQA in more than one Salesforce app (e.g., Sales Consoles), you’ll need to go through the configuration steps individually for each app. This ensures that KQA works in the right places, exactly where you need it.
