We’re excited to share a brand new way to track and analyze the performance of your QA Experts with the QA Experts Insights feature in Kaizo!
With this powerful tool, you can easily see how many evaluations each QA Expert has completed over your selected time frame. This feature is designed to help you make more informed decisions and improve your team's overall performance.
🔍Accessing QA Experts Insights
To get started, head to QA House and click on the Insights dropdown. From there, simply select Experts to access all the data you need to track your QA Experts’ evaluations.
đź’»Adjusting Your View
At the top right corner, you’ll find options to adjust the information displayed. This allows you to tailor the data to fit your exact needs by selecting from the following filters:
- Channel – Focus on specific communication channels.
- Time Frame – Choose the time period you’d like to analyze (weekly, monthly, or custom date).
- Teams – Select teams where your QA Experts assigned to
- QA Expert – Review the data for a particular QA Expert.
These filters make it easy to customize your insights and focus on what matters most to you. 🚀
đź“ťImportant Considerations: Evaluations and Time Frames
Please keep in mind that if evaluations are completed in the current month but the tickets being rated are from a previous month (or older), the rating will be assigned to the earlier month, not the current one.
Example:
- May Evaluation: A QA Expert completes a rating in May, but the ticket being rated is from April.
- In this case, the rating will be counted under April, even if it was completed in May.
This ensures that the evaluation data is always accurately tied to the correct ticket timing.
