We're happy to introduce the new and improved Auto QA Notes- Now, Auto QA notes are personalized and much shorter, mirroring the concise and personalized communication style of a real QA expert.

💡In addition to highlighting mistakes, Auto QA now provides advice on how to avoid them in the future. It's like having a built-in coach to help agents improve continuously!

This enhancement not only makes the feedback feel more genuine but also ensures that agents can quickly grasp the areas for improvement.

🟠 Informative Tooltip

When Auto QA encounters a scenario where it's confused or uncertain, instead of burying this analysis within the QA note, we now display it as a tooltip alongside the corresponding criteria and the icon next to the criterion will turn orange, making it easily identifiable.

This change eliminates the need for manual deletion of confusing or unclear analysis from the note, allowing quality experts to focus their attention where it's most needed.
