Kaizo as a Data Processor

Kaizo processes personal data both as a processor and as a controller. The personal data processed as processor is limited to that information provided by the client to Kaizo by using Kaizo's services (i.e. the personal data provided by the customers of the client by means of submitting a ticket in the system) and is processed on the client’s behalf. 

Kaizo’s Data Processing Terms are an integral part of Kaizo’s Terms & Conditions (Section 7). By agreeing to Kaizo’s Terms & Conditions you also agree to Kaizo’s Data Processing Terms.
