Data Processing Terms (DPT)

Kaizo's Data Processing Terms (DPT) are an integral part of Kaizo's Terms & Conditions (Section 7). It controls how Kaizo acts as a data processor on your behalf.

As soon as you accept Kaizo's Terms & Conditions to finish the installation of the Kaizo application through any of the available partner platforms, you also accept our Data Processing Terms which will activate the application, establish a data connection, and enable Kaizo to start processing the data available through the partner platforms' APIs.

Therefore, users of the Kaizo application have already accepted Kaizo's Data Processing Terms and are not needed to sign an additional Data Processing Agreement.
