To install the Kaizo app follow these steps:
Please note: For installation of Kaizo, please contact your SF Administrator or the user with the right permissions. The following permissions are needed to complete the installation of Kaizo: PermissionsManageCases + PermissionsManageUsers
1. Navigate to the Salesforce AppExchange. Do this in a new tab. (If you are not logged in, log in and make sure that your org is connected to your account.)
2. Search for the Kaizo app to install.
3. After reading through the app listing, you can select Get It Now.
4. Verify that you agree with the terms and conditions and any other prompts for information.
5. You will be redirected to sign in to your org.
6. Now select who the app should installed for - everyone, admins only, or custom.
7. After a moment, the app installation will be complete and your app will be visible on your list of managed packages.
Data loading might take some time, depending on the historical number of tickets your team has handled.

Step 1: Review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
When yo first open Kaizo in Salesforce, a window will appear with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please take a moment to read through both documents.
Once you are familiar with the terms, click the checkbox to confirm your agreement and continue to the next step.

Step 2: Customize your experience with Kaizo
To personalize your experience, Kaizo will ask you a few questions about your support team's processes and goals. Here are the preferences you'll need to select:
- How do you track agent performance?
- How do you conduct Quality Assurance (QA) for your support team?
- How do you help your team achieve Quality, Speed, and Productivity goals?
- What challenges are you currently facing when running your support organization?
Once you've selected your preferences, click Submit to save your responses and move on to the next step.
Step 3: Choose your team leads
Now, you'll be asked to select your team leads. You'll see a list of potential leads you can assign. If your team leads are not listed, no worries! You can either create new teams later.
To continue, click continue after selecting or adding your team leads.
Step 4: Set up your teams
If Kaizo detects existing teams in your Salesforce environment, you'll be able to select them. If not, you'll have the option to create new reams or choose to skip this step for now.
Feel free to come back and set up your teams whenever you're ready!
Step 5: Configuration Completed! 💪
Congratulations! You've completed the onboarding process. Kaizo will now display a summary of your configuration, highlighting key details to ensure everything is set up according to your preferences.
By following these steps, you'll be all set to use Kaizo and enhance your team's performance management with ease.

🚨Helpful Information:
You can configure Service Cloud case statuses, origins and CSAT to align with Kaizo by the following steps:
- Click on the Settings icon in the bottom left corner
- Navigate to Platform and Integration, where the necessary adjustments can be made.
